How This Works

Scam & Fraud Numbers is a community-driven list of phone numbers other members have reported as suspicious — callback scams, fake bank calls, OTP fraud, and similar. It's built by members, for members.

Nothing goes live automatically

When you submit a report, it doesn't appear on the site right away. It sits in a review queue where our team checks it before anything is published. This matters because phone numbers get reassigned to new owners over time — publishing an accusation instantly, with no review, could unfairly label an innocent person.

What "reports" means

More than one member can report the same number. Each approved report is shown separately under that number, so a number with several approved reports carries more weight than one with a single report — that count is the "N reports" badge you see next to each entry.

Your identity stays private

We never show who submitted a report publicly. Only staff reviewing the queue can see it, for accountability. You'll get a notification once your report has been reviewed, whether it's approved or not.

This isn't proof on its own

Even after review, these reports are not independently verified against telecom or law-enforcement records. Use this list as one signal among others — not as definitive proof that a number is fraudulent, and not as a substitute for reporting fraud to the official channels below.
