In continuation of the circular No.TM/Circular/Payroll/2024-2025/293 dated:
02.07.2024 the Accountant General Sindh has pleased to direct the following mandatory
updated schedule for execution of Payroll and Micro Payment Gateway (MPG). All
concerned are directed to ensure strict compliance with the dates specified below:

2. Mandatory Directives
• MPG End-ID Submissions: All payroll officers must prepare/submit End-IDs for
MPG a day prior to the specific execution dates mentioned above (25" and 26"'):
failure to do so shall result in disciplinary action.
• Holiday Protocol: If a scheduled date falls on a public holiday, the activity shall
be performed on the immediate next working day.
Any deviation from this schedule requires prior written approval from the Accountant
General Sindh.
